However, if you are feeling that you work alone and don’t have the immediate network to offer the support, you need read on.

Bring Out The Best in Yourself

I usually work with you for six sessions, over 3-6 months.
Each session lasts 1 hour, and we meet every 2-4 weeks.
The sessions can be over the phone, on Skype, or face to face.

The first session is spent developing a goal or goals that truly inspire you, based on where you are right now, and where you would like to be in the next twelve months to five years.

Subsequent sessions are spent developing your goals; breaking it down to better understand the challenges and obstacles that may be preventing you from achieving your goals; and developing sustainable strategies to help you tackle them.
With this Caring Supportive Confidential Service you will reach your full potential. It will enable you to enjoy a more fulfilling career reaching your goals, feeling more confident and successful.

Embrace Your Career

3 year CPD review
Going forward with the new CPD scheme I think that it is important for established practitioners to collaborate, offering support and guidance to each other and to newer graduates.
If you don’t have someone to speak to nearby I am a friendly colleague to discuss your CPD cycle.

Together we will look at what your CPD has been, why you made the choices you did and looking at how satisfied you have been with your choices.
How has it benefited your practice? Where would you like to be in the following 3 years? What are your goals? Do you have a clear framework? Bring out the best in yourself.

I usually work with you for one to two sessions, to discuss the Cpd cycle. Each session lasts 1 hour.
The sessions can be over the phone, on Skype, or face to face.
The session is spent discussing your Cpd from the last 3years.
Paying attention to what you reflect the benefits of your Cpd study has been. Planning future CPD based on where you are right now, and where you would like to be in the next twelve months to three years.
Together we will develop sustainable strategies to help you move forward in your career and thrive.

Day To Day Support

Sometimes we simply need to talk through what we are experiencing.
This could be an opportunity to sound out your ideas in a safe supportive space.
As an Osteopath herself Glynis is able to offer an empathy to explore issues that you are facing.

Sole Practitioners

Working so far away from London I am aware of how easily it is for practitioners to become isolated from the greater part of the osteopathic community. We can work together to fine tune and develop your Osteopathic skills. This would aim to increase your contacts and networks to assist with career development.

Talking things over in your mind and not getting answers that take you forward?
